Attention utility customers: Billing was delayed to to unforseen issues in Munibilling. Engineers have now made the corrections and billing is available online or by calling the office.

The Winona City Hall will be closed on Good Friday April 3rd, 2026 in Observance of Easter!! We will reopen for normal buisness hours on Monday, April 6th, 2026.

From 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. & 01:00 p.m. to 04:30 p.m.

City Services available to the public are: Copying $0.50 per copy for black & white, $1.00 per copy for color; Notary $10.00;
